An agent at the RDU Admirals Club told me that reconstruction of Terminal C will require the Admirals Club to move to a temporary location in the south end of the concourse (C14-C26). The north end of the concourse is already blocked off just beyond the Admirals Club. When reconstruction of the north end is complete, there will be a new Admirals Club above the concourse. Reconstruction of the south end would then start.

She didn't say when the move will be made or how long the temporary location will be in use.
