With the new codeshares, I might consider taking LAX-SFO-HND-HKG on my outbound from now on given it includes a free stopover at TYO. That would save me ~USD100 and I can try out the new HND arrival lounge (assuming I qualify). But will I trust AA enough to handle my baggage on the LAX-SFO leg The last thing I want is not having enough clothes while I am traveling in Japan...Given AA's on time performance, will I be able to make my JL001 connection dilemma
