And I thought CCRA is now part of the "with it" private sector, no longer bridled by the silly constraints of public service mindset. Same goes for Canada Post. We now have these wonderful entities which appear to relate to the norms of neither the public or the private sector. What wonders have the Liberals given us? Totally unaccountable hybrids.
