I was an an AA/Swiss codeshare a month ago, in economy, and was let in to the Swiss Business Class lounge with my platinum card and swiss boarding pass.
It's in an intermediate security zone (you still have to clear again for some onward flights), but they had showers, bar, tv, computers w/internet, etc. Quite nice.
