Yes, BA and QF use the same seat model, just customised differently.
Regarding, Y+, I'm guessing they won't go for the same seat as BA/QF as all cabins now offer fixed shell seats and I can't see how CX can market a more premium product that will recline into your face when Y doesn't do that. So most probably it'll be something like JAL or AF's seats.
