Compensation for no working TV?

Any thoughts on what, if any, compensation should be provided for no working television? (This is a Four Points in Europe. Since the property is otherwise nice, I'll omit the name.) The TV in the room isn't working and the hotel staff can't figure out why. They're hoping technical services can fix it tomorrow. The hotel is fully booked and all other rooms are occupied, so they can't move me to another room either (TVs in other rooms work fine). The front desk agent offered me a drink at the bar to make up for it.

(To add to my woes, I've been wearing the same clothing for 35 hours and BA's promise to deliver my bag remains unfulfilled.)
