The Delta website appears not to be able to find code shares on AF beyond Paris. Routings seem to mostly go through AMS on KLM requiring 2 connections. AF has a problem on its website and won't even look for connections in and out of smaller mid west airports. Putting that together, you just can't find premium economy on either website to from small mid west cities and most of Europe.
