They are doing different seatmaps for the -90s as well.
For my A319 as well tomorrow on MSP-SFO, it has been showing 16F since I booked the flight on Tuesday. That being said, I decided to take Row 3 instead of risking a seat in Row 4.
The maps keep showing 16F for the A319, but it doesn't seem that the last row is assignable, even by GAs. When I was on one last week out of FAR, the GA was upgrading people into row 4 by printing BPs for other rows and writing their seat assignment on the BP.
