Just took a flight with China Southern and saw their "Premium Economy" - it's the same exact seat with a little bit more leg room, and they get a wet towel upon takeoff and has a different lunch box than econ people.
Hope this won't be it for CX....
I'm very sure CX will do a Premium Economy along the lines of QF, not the 'fake' ones as seen on CA, CZ or UA (which only have more legroom, not much else).
