OMG. You missed the flight because you set off too late for the airport. Leaving Victoria tube station at 15:08 for a 16:00 departure ex-LCY is just silly. You completely your fault that you missed the flight.

You were on a restricted ticket. I'd say you were very lukcy that they (presumably) re-booked you for no extra charge.

Take the 120 TPs and be very grateful that they rebooked you on a later flight ex-LHR for free. Asking for more is a little, err, greedy, don't you think?
