NRT - HKG (turnaround - can we visit here for a couple of days?)
HKG - SFO (stopover)
SFO - YYZ

Definitely workable, but you might need to adjust the specific routings due to availability. eg: YYZ-ORD-NRT, instead of YYZ-NRT non-stop.
But your proposed stops should work out OK.
