Really? Usually they take 15 minutes to an hour for me, but I've had CO tickets stalled for hours, particularly in the evening.

What's funny is if you book an OAL segment or a codeshare on there. After it's ticketed, it takes CO several more minutes to generate the receipt and display the ticket number. In that time, you can use the OAL's website and see your ticket number.
