Between the Hyatt in Shatin and the Hyatt in TST (where they drop you off in the underground car park. You can take the lift up to the lobby (or main entrance, can't remember) and from there to the MTR station is just a short indoor walk. The MTR station is in the mall that's connected to the hotel .
