I fly this route every 2-3 weeks, and the fares seem to usually be at around $200 rt or less up to a week before travel. Then, low to mid $200's. Of course, for holidays and spring break season the fares go up quite a bit.
Also a few notes... there doesn't seem to be a roundtrip "discount" on this route, so many times I book only the one-way to MCO and book my return while I'm there. Also, in general flying PHL-MCO later in the day seems least expensive and MCO-PHL early in the day seems least. Likely due to the tourists wanting to fly the opposite of that.
