Recently saw that when a passenger was sick on himself, the pjs were brought down from F so he could get changed. Not sure whether this shows that they did in fact heed your advice, or whether it was just lateral thinking on the crew's part that day, but its definitely a good idea @:-) to have a couple of spare sets of pjs on board for this type of incident.
