We had a points night in Feb. (same as you Plat Amb) I had mailed the hotel prior to find what the options were and ended up paying $1600HK for a harbour view...we had a great room on the top floor with a great view worth the $s. You may well get a better room as Ambassador but not a harbour view without paying
