My first post:

3 yrs ago. I was working in Sudan. Was flying KRT-MAN to conduct interviews. 6 hr stop in DXB and my bags didn't appear. No business suit etc. Received free biz upgrade to be used during next 12 months. No miles offered.
To make matters worse I had to travel same route 3 weeks later for my Mum's funeral(very distressing at the time) and guess what. the same thing happened again. The bags did n't turn up. I received a 50% refund on my J tkt. and 50,000 miles. Pretty extreme circumstance but I felt EK was pretty honorable
