I will again, be flying the redeye from Koa/LAX. Arrival is 5:00AM LAX time and about 2 or 3 AM HI time. I don't even bother to take sleep aids on a flight of that duration. Also, that is the quick flight. Curl up with a Kindle (or book) and read. Works for me. When I get home, I'll stay awake for a few hours, have breakfast and take a light nap. Works every time.
