In PC control over whether a rate is eligible for credit is administered centrally. AFAIK in HH it is an individual property decision. Suggest speaking to the sales manager- perhaps for a token amount more per night you can get credit. Also as mentioned watch the published rates- depending on time of year, seasonalitiy, etc sometimes you might do better than your own rate.
