I called AX. I was told I only have to mail or fax the first 2 pages of the personal returns and the first 5 pages of the business return. Or I can fax them form 4506. I asked why they didn't just put that in the letter. The CSR on the phone said the form letter they send requesting information is out of date. I told her they should update their form letters.

I'm inclined to just drop the whole thing, wait 6 months, and request a smaller CLI next time, only $5K more. Too much of a hassle. I'll put my big business spending on my VISA card. AX is making it difficult and unpleasant to do business with them.
