The lockers at the central station are easy to find (from the arlanda express platform, just continue through the arlanda express ticket office toward the main hall - they're just past the little food court.
However, I'm pretty sure that you will need Swedish coins for the lockers. (There's a bankomat in the arlanda express ticket office that rarely has a queue - the ones in the main hall often do.)
