I see what the link says, but it is contradicted by the following verbiage on their website:

Paid Lounge Membership Customers:
Eligible Paid Lounge Membership Customers have access to any Star Alliance member carriers' owned Business Class lounges.

Is it possible that they have not updated the *A website to account for the new Air China lounge in Guangzhou:
