Remember that you are dealing with
1) what Air France is offering (O inventory)
2) what Delta IT manages to see
3) the vagaries of Delta agents using #2 in order to search for #1

Hence if you see #1, and can't get #3, then either hang up and call back to try again or try to find the seats on the website and hold the award if you need to do more than just grab those seats .. improve the award on the phone.. and once hte agent adds in the flgihts you need, ticket it real-time online to save yourself the telephone booking fee
