In contrast to Euro and World traveller, redemption availability in all other classes is the same for everyone regardless of status. I can replicate Smirnoff's results and I can even see availability for IAD-(LHR)-LIS for the whole of the w/c 6 August and a few other dates. So perhaps you're doing something different?
