I never got an email either, and I use this lounge a lot. Not just for BA, but it's a much shorter walk than going to the KL lounge and less crowded. I also use the BA lounge (thanks to the GC) when flying TK out of AMS.

The lounge has Vodka, WiFi and shortbread cookies. What more do you want?
