Thanks for the feedback. I'll tell them to drop the idea if it's that much trouble.

I actually had confirmed upgrades booked LHR-JFK-DFW-OGG-ORD-LHR but they wanted to stay 4-5 extra days (27 instead of 22 days)and were willing to forego the upgrades.
