Ahem..., I'm sure the bilateral between Belgium and Sri Lanka doesn't allow for direct scheduled service between these countries by a third country air carrier, so the thing can only be a charter. Unless 9W manages to sell it as some 5th freedom route (India-CMB-BRU).
