Seoul question: GMP at 8AM, or ICN at Noon?
Mt first time in Korea. I'd be arriving ICN one morning and flying out next day from either GMP or ICN. For that flight, which I cannot afford to miss, I can choose either GMP at 8AM or ICN around noon. Which one would be more convenient to get to from the city?
