Just a heads up - the Courtyard Parramatta has been sold and from October will be part of the Choice hotels group. The only Courtyard property in Sydney will now be the North Ryde location.

It is unfortunate about this property as it is ideally located close to the train station and the Westfield shopping center. It was in dire need of refurbishment but I had no major issues staying there while I was on vacation in Sydney.
