The award chart answers your first question, with one-way mileage from Hawaii to 48-U.S./Canada/Alaska. Double it for a round-trip ticket; double it for one-ways, too, since one-ways require round-trip mileage. A Low coach-class round-trip would be 2 x 20K miles.

Delta's chart doesn't show mileage required from Hawaii to Europe - you'll need to call.
