What is the city, that would help too, if they are going to gurantee you a room for each weekend thats quite a bit of possible lost rev on busy times on the location.

vs. BAR (-70 USD)
vs. Adv ( -60 USD)
vs. priceline (+ 35 to +65 according to betterbidding.com)
The Hilton sales guy has been great through the initial booking of this, so I have contacted him and he is seeing what he can do. Crossing fingers as I really want to stay at this property!
