Pre departure
Was check in quick and efficient? Y
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? Priority line for initial precheckin security was poorly sign posted and there was no security officer available for 10 minutes even though I was the only person in the line. No priority line for the security after checkin but was very fast
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? The Dan lounge was quite average.
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? When they called pre-boarding, the gate was swarmed, no attempt was made to turn the gate lice away. No priority boarding announcement was made.
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? On time

Was the IFE activated on the ground? No, although I dont see that as being such an issue as often even when activated I find the system resets after the safety video and you need to watch the ads again. Also, something needs to be done regarding the inability to adjust volume on the ads, it is really loud sometimes especially with noise cancelling headsets.
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? No jacket
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Newspapers and menus distributed on ground, orders taken shorly after take off. The SD thought the starter contained pork which would be surprising considering a depature out of TLV. I know know that Bresaola is a beef product but the SD should have known that
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service?Yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) ~90 mins
How was the quality of all the meals? Meal was good, although portion size for the main dish was small (see comments below on my outbound flight with continental). The lava cake was fantastic. The SD said that the lava cake out of TLV was the best, and she was spot on.
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Yes

Post departure
If you have checked baggage, did it arrive within reasonable period of time? Yes, but we were held on plane for about 10 mins after arrival d/t a medical issue so the bags were there when we got through customs.

Overall experience/any other comments
Overall a good flight, but there were some issues in that the washrooms ran out of water about 2 hours before landing and the laptop power was intermittent at a number of seats including mine. I would rate the flight 7/10, this is in contrast to the 10/10 that I would give to my outbound on CO with their new J-class seat being superior to the AC seat (wide and softer), fantastic IFE with about 200 choces of movies and about 1000 short programs to choose from (I find the choice on AC limited given that have been flying a lot lately) as well as much better meal service. 5 course meal, each course served individually with significantly larger portion sizes. The onboard cappucino maker was also great.
