Your Presidential Plus Card grants you full membership to the Continental Airlines Presidents Club. To facilitate your quick entry to the Presidents Club and provide entry to affiliated lounges, it is important that you present your Presidents Club membership card and a valid picture ID.
Access cannot be granted at most locations by only showing your Presidential Plus Credit Card, so make sure you have your Presidents Club membership card with you when you travel.
I gather the lounge cyborgs are reporting that the Presidential Plus cardholders don't understand what is required to enter said lounges. Ignorant customers!
