I am flying from Tanzania to AMS on KLM in economy and then connecting to UA back to SFO in business. Two questions - does KLM interline with UA? And should I actually trust it to happen? We have 4 hours in AMS before our UA flight so can easily claim luggage and recheck.

Are you one one ticket or seperate ones? I found out the hard way last week flying home from Beirut on BMI via LHR on UA. Was on 2 seperate tixs and they would only check to LHR...what a pain, 1 1/2 hrs to clear customs and recheck bags
