I also like this place very much. Especially the 45-Euro Suite-Upgrades really are worth it for Plats traveling with family - you get twice the space of a regular room with substantially upgraded amenities. Also as mentioned the lounge certainly stands out from all lounges in the US and Europe I have been to, even beating Frankfurt which is excellent already.
They have some issues on service sometimes (especially during breakfast at the restaurant), but in general this is my place to stay in Berlin.
