Thanks for posting your experience.

I agree the website is poorly designed. For an upcoming trip the only options I could select were cheap non-earning smart saver (105-235 o/w + taxes) or flexi fares (535-785 o/w + taxes). Nothing in between (fares or conditions) is selectable.

The seat only flexi fare (535 + taxes) is crazy - 430 premium to earn 50 airbucks and some flexibility (when you could buy several more seat only tickets for that price).
