Are the posts strange, or are they just pointing out FT posting guidelines:

"Commercial posts. Posts containing promotional messages for commercial products or services - including but not limited to Internet sites, business advertisements and solicitations to donate miles or points – are prohibited and will be removed. "

This entire thread is publicity for KVS. KVS is a pay for-profit website. To me, this seems like a direct contradiction to the Flyertalk posting guidelines.

To set the record straight, I am sure that KVS is a great website, and I"m sure it's a great tool. Maybe when it started, it was free, but now it is not. But my only problem with it, like sbm12, a moderator, is that this website charges FTers to use it. I don't know. It just seems like this is against FT posting guidelines since all these posts direct to KVS, which is a for-profit website.
