BAEC CS sent me an email informing me that my idea:

MUC-LHR
LHR-JFK
JFK-YVR
YVR-SFO

would be a "nonstandard-router" as the routing would exceed the allowed mileage for this award flight. So 75.000 miles would'nt be enoug for that routing.

Have you ever heard about it? I always thought about a limitation to 4 segments for a one-way trip. I think that a flight to HNL would even lead to more flown miles but would be redeemable for 75k as well, wouln't it?
