Its kind of sad that someone is unable to spend 3hours in Economy, in fact alot of us when traveling for work on shorthaul we have to fly Economy. Its not the end of the world get over it, fly another airline. At the end of the day most of the market does not have a endless supply of money.
At the end of the day, only 1 in 8 seats were being sold in Business - I can hardly blame them for getting rid of a cabin, if it wasn't generating enough revenue.
