I have flown the "jet" stream 41 every Monday for the last 9 months from STL-EVV. The little piece of crap sucks. 1B is the best you can do...although this week the FT said no one was allowed to sit there because that is where she sits when she readies the drink service. I guess the other 35 flights I was on the FT did not know what they were doing. Actually the other seats are ok , there is enough leg room, you are not completely squished. If it is very full, make sure you get an A seat, I can not imagine sitting in B with someone next to me in C, or even worse if I was in C. Also in STL there is 1 baggage guy...the guy who stands at the bottom of the stairs of the plane and gives you the ticket for your bag...1 guy seems to think that any bag larger than a loaf of bread cannot be brought on the plane. After Christmas I seemed to get him every week and he insisted that I give him my laptop backpack. I kept telling him it was small enough to put under the seat, but he kept insisting. Twice I gave in and gave him the **** thing and waited for him to wander away and went out and grabbed it. All the FT's said it was fine to have under my seat. Now I just ignore him.

Wear shirt-sleeves...waiting on the tarmac in STL with no A/C until the plane is moving is torture...
