I usally fly STL to LIT and drive 2 hrs. when I need to go to MEM(no jet svc between STL/MEM) but on an upcoming trip I am not going to have time to do this(+ the selection at Hertz/LIT is REALLY BAD)

The equipment used between STL/MEM is only the BAE Jetstream 41.(no more ATR's) Is the J41 any better than the SAAB? Is there a good seat on the J41?(besides the one I'll be sitting in before I board)

A friend of mine works for Trans States(AAconnection) and she said that the STL/MEM route would be switching to the RJ but has no idea when.
