Agreed, it's minimal. Since this promo is limited to four smaller cities, I think it's going to have a tiny effect on the total number of EXPs. Only the most hardcore flyers are going to game this one, and it will absolutely generate much fewer new EXPs than last years double EQM systemwide promos.

To give a good example I only work 12 days per month, am experienced with MRs, and am willing to fly pretty much any routing no matter how rough or inconvenient to achieve my goal. I still found it somewhat challenging to properly game this promo to fit my schedule and price point (<$.03/eqm). It's just not easy to cobble together enough cheap fares on the right dates combined with positioning flights. There just aren't many "normal" people who would be able to take advantage even if they wanted to.
