RDU-LGA = 431 miles. Since this is under 500, as a Gold will I get 500 x 2 = 1000 RDM for this leg? Or will it be 431 x 2 = 862 RDM?

I'm trying to calculate the best RDM return but these under 500 mile flights are confusing me.
