As a QPPS I'm surprised that you don't know how to do this. The best way is to call. Since you are QPPS now presumably your calls will be routed straight to singapore as opposed to india? (I find the indian call center so annoying).
If you booked your ticket online via SQ - the selections are available via drop down menu - on your bookings.
The best perk of PPS is access to sold out flights, higher wait list status and the lounge, as well as SG based benefits (if you live in Singapore)
