1 can of ginger ale = 33 grams sugar + phosphoric acid
If only 6 out of those 13 cans of liquid were ginger ale, that's over 180 grams of sugar.
I suggest you read up on the effects of high doses of sugar and phosphoric acid on the balance of minerals and fluids in your body if you believe drinking 6 cans of ginger ale constitutes "hydration."
