my all time favourite is when a rep made a 'one time courtesy' for me for posting 2 stays for staying at 2 different properties on consecutive nights....she was very adamant that stays on consecutive nights counted as 1 stay, doesn't matter whether i change hotels or not....i infact had not only changed hotels but was in a different city for the second night....when i told her to check with her supervisor, she came back saying that she would make a 'one time courtesy' for me & post 2 stays....
