You can participate in FT without announcing your occupation

Your thread title is mis-leading. The title of your thread implies that this is an urgent, life-saving trip, and that you need to be in a place soon. It also implies that you're flying on a "special" flight, either a privately chartered plane or a medical aircraft--as if you're airlifting a sick child who needs heart surgery. Rather, this sounds like an instructional course that is an elective, scheduled course/mentorship/surgeon observation program. Although this is a noble endeavor, your main question really is, "What is LOT B767 Y experience like?" Whether or not heart surgery is involved is irrelevant. Neither your occupation nor the object of your "mission" are pertinent to asking about the LOT Y experience.

There are many people on FT with extremely high profile/prestigious jobs, including surgical subspecialists at prestigious universities who travel around the world giving talks and teaching courses. They do not start their threads stating, "I am a surgeon and I am going to teach surgery to others." There is no need for you to "announce" what your occupation is to other FTers when all you're asking about is flying information.

There is an acronym that is used here on FT known as: DYKWIA. There is an extensive discussion regarding announcing yourself as a physician:

Many FTers are in extremely prestigious and powerful positions, yet they do not feel the need to announce their profession when they just want to find out airplane information.
