Hi guys... first time in this forum after gaining my QPPS few days ago. Quick questions to those seasoned travellers:
1. I just qualified - have not received my PPS card nor tag - am bringing my family for vacation back home tomorrow - can we use the lounge in NRT or SIN?
2. How do I select BTC or Yummy menus on the website for the J legs from SIN-DPS-SIN? I purchased my flights online: NRT-SIN (Y) - DPS (J) - SIN (J) - NRT (Y).
3. As mentioned, I recently qualified with slightly more than 25k. However, I realised the 800+ points is no longer there -to be precise abt 839 points. It said the next amount to requalify is 25,000 rather than 24,161. Is this correct.
