Call the airline that issued the ticket (I am guessing CO here) and ask them for the other airlines PNR number. Use that number on the respective airline's website to get seats issued.
If you're going to just call the other airlines anyways (which I would given the airlines on this PNR) no need to call CO for the reservation details first. Just call the other airlines, give them the flight number and date and get your seats. No big deal.
