A U.S Finance company purchase on Sept. 2nd, 2010 6 Sukhoi Superjet 100–95's with option for 6 more.

I have several questions.

1)Who are these for?
2) Does this mean that this is the first time ever that a US firm has outright purchased Russian-Built Aircraft? (I think so)
